And when you don't think a loss on MLK day can get any worse then it was a few years ago. Well, it happens.
Here is why we should have won...
-Dwill had 28 and 11
-Al had 25 and 10
-The Jazz shot 52% from 3, making 14 (of 27)
-We forced 19 TO's
-We had 9 steals
-We were playing a team that had yet to beat a +.500 team
-Josh Howard was injured
-Wall had 7 TO's
-We had 26 assists
-They had no crowd support really
-We are heads and shoulders better than them
Here is why we lost...
-They shot 10% above their average.
-Slow start.
-John Wall is quick
-Nick Young can shoot
-McGee has a shot at the dunk title
-They shot 42% from 3
-Millsap was ineffective
-Everyone but CJ and Evans were -
-AK was a non scoring factor
-Miles was a non scoring factor
-Blatche
-We are cursed on MLK Day in WSH. (0-2)
Other thoughts....
With the way AK is talking about leaving if their is a lockout, would not be surprised to see him traded. Really. There will be a lockout, AK will leave, but we don't know if he is going to come back. Might as well get our share while we can.
Melo is "reportly" allowed to meet with the Nets about his future (or should I say nets are allowed to meet with melo?) He responds with "I didn't know I was having a meeting" (or something along those lines) anyways... he is handling this alot better then most would thought...
***Karma Update*** Heat lost their 3rd in a row, and now both LeBron and Bosh are out with injuries...
