Yes, I am 0-2 while watching the Jazz at the ESA, and yes the Jazz have a better road (5-2) record than home (2-2). This game was especially painful to watch since we were able to complete some of our goals and still go beat (contain Durant, yes 30 points is containing, and start of good.). But Westbrook and Ibaka unleashed on us offensively and we could not stop them. It hurt pretty bad that they went 15-21 in the 3rd quarter on either jumpers or easy putbacks. 33-34 from the line..well thats obviously the icing on the cake. Heres what I take from the game.
-Deron did everything he could. 31 points, 11 assists, and 5 boards. However he only shot 3 freethrows the entire game, and 1 game off a Defensive three penalty, so could he have been more aggressive? I guess so, I mean most his points game off jumpers and threes, but still not dissapointed with his preformance.
-34 rebounds. Total. Now I know that there were only 73 rebounds in the whole game, but still, we should have had 40. FYI D-Will was 2nd in boards, Millsap only had 6.
-Watson +9, G-Time +4, Elson +3, everyone else = -
-CJ. CJ. CJ. It's a love/hate relationship doe!
-I hate to say it, I miss Boozer on the boards. That is ALL I miss.
-Bell was significantly missed on the D end. Significantly
-Memo was missed everywhere. I miss moneyman. Very much. Tears. Well not really.
-Millsap, keep shooting 3's, please? Just make up for memo while he is gone. Thats 2 3's I want a game from you. I know you read my blog paul, do it.
Just really mad about this game guys, hate the 1 1/2 hour drive home after a loss. NJ game up next, lowerbowl finally!!!
