Well first off, lemme start by saying, The Utah Jazz are going to defeat the Minn. T-Wolves tonight. It will happen. I guarentee (DL?) it. Ok, now that that's out of the way, lemme also say that anytime you see (DL?) it my new way of saying (spelling?) due to how often David Locke misspells things.
Dwill is NOT playing tonight. Got tendinitis in the wrist, some sorta of strain, but no structural damage which is good. It's the first game he has missed all season. It will be interesting to see how the team reacts, especially since it is the first game since the Jazz's "breakout" performace vs the spurs.
OK..you read the title, so here is my kevin love chatter. I remember watchin him play a little at UCLA, and all I remember him for was his full court heaves to teammates for easy assists. If he is remembered in the NBA for one thing, that will be rebounding. He is having an absolutely awesome season thus far, avging 21 pts and nearly 16 boards. That is incredible. He gave the NBA their first 30 pt 30 brd game in like 30 years or something. This guy is a stud. He knows how to rebound. He wants to rebound. He has a knack for being around the ball, and most important of all he tries every possesion to grab the board. Lemme also mention he picks up 5 O boards a game, which is also outstanding. He also shoots a 87% from the line, and 44% from the field (which he consistenly shoots from..not like Millsap). So props man, you are a great player, you are a great rebounder, I'm proud of you. However.........you are not a significant talent, and what I mean, if you took all other forwards and centers, put them on a low shooting % team (more chances for O boards) and gave them the same attitude towards rebouding and knack for being around the ball, well I bet someone else would outrebound you. So still, I have a great respect for what you do, thanks for making the NBA a little better..
Hollinger says Al is a bad fit for Jazz. Well, im guessing he said the same thing about Richard Jefferson and the spurs last year..It took richard an entire season to figure it out, and now look how that is going.. Al is one of the top 2 components for the very complicated Jazz offense. You better give him atleast a season to figure it out.
If you haven't already, you might want to see what tracy morgan said when he talked with chuck an crew on tnt the other night...its...a little unexpected..youtube it
Sap and bell are both questionable for tonights game, I don't really mind what bell does, but i would rather have a struggling millsap than extended mins for memo (at this point).
Really really have a feeling the jazz are going to win finally, last time we played this team we barely won them, and I thats where I started to worry about this team..now I think we could really blow em out..
Think thats it for today..
